Continuity Stewardship

A human practice, not a piece of software. One steward, a small number of unhurried conversations, and a record your family can actually use.

What a steward does

A steward sits across from you and listens. The role is to draw out what you know without steering it, to ask the question behind the question, and to leave your meaning intact.

A steward then becomes the custodian of what you share, holding the record and enforcing the access rules you set. Nothing is interpreted, embellished, or narrated on your behalf.

It is worth being clear about what a steward is not. We do not give advice. We do not write your story for you. And we are not a substitute for a therapist, a lawyer, or a financial advisor.

Time-bounded, at your pace

A typical engagement runs six to twelve conversations, spread across weeks or months to suit your life rather than our calendar.

Every session is private. Nothing is rushed, and you decide when to stop, when to continue, and what is off the table.

What we listen for

The decisions you made, and the reasoning that drove them.

The professional knowledge that lives only in your head.

The relationships that shaped you: who mattered, and why.

The lessons that cost something to learn.

The threads still unfinished, and what you hope becomes of them.

What you are left with

The work produces a Continuity Record: organized, searchable, and governed entirely by the rules you define. It is held in stewardship for as long as you wish it kept.
