Who sees it, and when

By default, the record is yours alone. No one else can open it.

If you choose, you can name people who may see it, and decide exactly what each of them is permitted to read.

You set the conditions in advance that would put your plan into effect, and you name a trusted person to act on your behalf.

Even then, access is limited to the minimum needed for the purpose you intended, and nothing more.

The record is released on the conditions you set, to the people you chose. You can direct certain material to certain people, so each person receives only what was meant for them.

If you prefer, release can happen in stages over time rather than all at once.

You can change the access rules, or the record itself, whenever you like. Every change is logged and versioned, so the history is never lost, only added to.
